LoadPack

Logistics document packet builder that turns freight paperwork into invoice-ready PDF packets.

What it solves

Loads do not get paid on time when paperwork is missing, scattered, mislabeled, unverified, or difficult to package. Documents spread across phones, texts, emails, portals, and folders create chaos for dispatchers and billing teams. That slows invoicing and delays payment.

Built for Logistics companies, trucking carriers, dispatch teams, brokers, owner-operators, and back-office billing teams.

Overview

LoadPack is a logistics-specific document packet builder that helps teams collect, organize, verify, generate, and send complete load document packets. It knows which documents each load requires, flags what is missing, and shows what is ready to send. It then generates polished, branded PDF packets ready to send to brokers, customers, factoring companies, or accounting teams. The goal is simple: better paperwork means faster payment.
