A committed date, and what happens if we miss it
The studio commits to an initial delivery date in writing. If it misses that date for reasons within its control — with the agreed scope unchanged and your materials provided on time — the total project fee is reduced by 30%. It is accountability for the commitment, not a discount.

The conditions
When it applies, and when the timeline pauses
Both stated plainly and with equal weight, because a guarantee whose conditions are buried is not a fair one.
The guarantee applies when
- The committed initial-delivery date is missed
- The delay is within the studio’s reasonable control
- The agreed scope has not materially changed
- The client has met the agreed responsibilities
- Required materials and approvals arrived on time
The timeline may pause for
- Late feedback, content, or approvals
- Missing credentials or access
- A client-requested pause
- New features or a material scope change
- Third-party outages or platform approval delays
- Events outside reasonable control
The full terms are not published yet. They are a contract, and publishing a draft would mean committing to language nobody has agreed to. The commitment above is real and is confirmed in writing before any work begins, alongside scope, price, and timeline.
