A white-label customer portal that keeps homeowners informed about their insurance claim throughout restoration. Homeowners get a mobile-friendly status tracker with stage progress, messages, appointments, and warranty info, while admins manage claims and homeowners, send messages, schedule appointments, and upload media. Each organization gets isolated, custom-branded data, with passwordless magic-link login by email or SMS. It adds rule-based automated messaging, CSV import, an external CRM sync API, and Stripe-powered subscription billing.

Implements multi-tenant architecture with per-organization branding, passwordless magic-link authentication over email and SMS, real-time portal updates via Socket.IO, rule-based automated messaging on a cron scheduler, media uploads, CSV bulk import, and an external CRM sync API.

A React and Vite frontend with a Socket.IO client connects to a Node.js/Express backend using Prisma over PostgreSQL. Socket.IO powers real-time updates, SendGrid and nodemailer send email, Twilio sends SMS, and Stripe handles subscription billing.
