Starting from a blank spreadsheet leaves them overwhelmed. The app guides them through a simple flow and builds the budget with them.

Overview

Users enter event type, guest count, location, target budget, and style level and receive a generated budget blueprint — categories, line items, estimated ranges, per-guest estimates, and commonly forgotten costs. A guided one-question-at-a-time prompt flow refines the budget, and a forgotten-cost engine surfaces items like service fees, gratuity, permits, and insurance that users can add, ignore, or mark handled. An editable workspace with a live summary panel shows total cost, difference from target, per-guest cost, and category breakdown. Budgets start in guest mode without signup and can be saved, exported to PDF, and shared after an account is created.
